International Reception - $5,000 USD - Exclusive Partner
Show your support for global collaboration by being the exclusive partner of NAPCRG’s International Reception. This inclusive gathering brings together attendees from outside of North America to connect and share ideas. Trainee Conference Travel Support - $3,000 USD (unlimited number available)
You can help offset a trainees' travel expenses to the Annual Meeting, including their transportation, accommodations and food.
Patient Conference Travel Support - $3,000 USD (unlimited number available)
You can help cover a patient’s travel expenses to attend the Annual Meeting, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
Exhibit Table Display - $1,500 USD (only 10 available)

Are you a book author interested in showcasing your work at NAPCRG’s Annual Meeting?
The Author Showcase offers a unique opportunity to display and sell your publications to meeting attendees. Located within the poster hall—one of the most highly trafficked areas of the conference—Showcase tables provide maximum visibility during one of our most popular events.
Each Author Showcase table is available for a single poster session and will be exclusive to one author per session. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is encouraged.
To participate, at least one author of each featured publication must be an active NAPCRG member. Books or publications may be in print or digital format, and at least one work on display must have been published within the last three years.

Promote Your Job Opportunities at NAPCRG’s Career Corner
Organizations looking to connect with NAPCRG members can take advantage of the Career Corner, strategically located in a high-traffic area of the Annual Meeting.
Career Corner features a dedicated poster board displaying 8.5” x 11” flyers that advertise career opportunities from universities, colleges, research institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
Each organization is limited to one flyer of this size, with a required minimum margin of 0.5 inches. To maximize impact and provide attendees with easy access to more information, we strongly recommend including a QR code linking to full job details.
Organizations are responsible for supplying a complete flyer that meets these specifications.
