On November 20, 2025, the NAPCRG Board of Directors formally adopted a three-year strategic plan after a full year of discernment, thoughtful dialogue, and collaboration.

The strategic plan reflects both who we are as a community and who we aspire to be. It is organized around six strategic initiatives that will shape our priorities and actions in the coming years:

• Identity and Values, strengthening clarity around who we are and how we show up in a complex and evolving environment
• Membership, deepening engagement, belonging, and leadership pathways for our diverse community
• Partnerships, building intentional and mutually beneficial collaborations that advance our mission
• Programming, expanding meaningful, year-round offerings that support members and ensure organizational sustainability
• Global Focus, strengthening NAPCRG’s international presence and partnerships
• Fundraising and Infrastructure, ensuring the financial and organizational strength needed to support our work well into the future
